One thing I have noticed in my years as a Kinesiologist (and a Human Being), is that we all need a little help sometimes. There is no One of Us who can claim to navigate this existence without some connection, clarity and support. We are not built to do this alone.

Another thing I know is that different therapies work for different people.

What I love about kinesiology is that it allows us to access so many levels of information to help you connect with what is most meaningful.

I have met people who really benefit from talking things through, verbalising and expressing their way back to their sense of centre and peace. Having someone respond with perspective, guidance and empathy is incredibly helpful and soothing.  I’ve also met many who don’t want to talk at all and prefer to work through their imbalances with as few words as possible.  Kinesiology allows us to use the body to explain what is out of balance and to lead us to what needs to shift.

In recent years, We in Western culture, have been so obsessed with a certain scientific approach to health. The word ‘healing’ has all kinds of associations (and stereotypes), even though it is a key process that we are all doing every day! In some ways, it is as if we have forgotten the power of our own body-mind-spirit systems in the process of recovery and establishing good health. It is easy to give it over to the doctors and pharmaceuticals that we have created to support certain aspects of wellbeing, that have absolutely saved many lives. My Father had a heart transplant a few years ago, which has made life possible for him and gifted us more time together, I am forever grateful.

I love the idea that I can support my clients (and myself) to heal using the methodologies associated with Kinesiology, because it is so holistic and doesn’t rely on one frame of reference. In fact, this is why it can be hard to explain, because it crosses into whatever areas are necessary for your individual situation.

I am completely supportive of my clients who utilise the intelligence of Western Medicine where it is useful. I also offer a variety of natural and alternative options to help bring clients back into health. I often refer to other practitioners where their skills are going to be beneficial, such as chiropractors, nutritionists, naturopaths, myotherapists and more. I certainly don’t expect to be everything to everyone, as the healing journey is varied and broad.

My key offering is to help you become very clear about the truth of what you want and need, to feel the best you possibly can. And it is my honour to do so.
